Raspberry, Pepita & Black Sesame Granola

So nutty and morish, it's hard to stop at one serve!


  • 3 cups puffed quinoa
  • 1 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup nuts of choice, chopped
  • 1 heaped cup dried raspberries
  • 3/4 cup black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup rice malt syrup


Place everything into a bowl and combine wellPlace mixture onto a baking paper lined tray and bake on 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes (depending how thick you spread the granola out) turning every 5 or so minutesCool completely then enjoy!
