Kale Chips

Kale Chips

1 bunch of kale;
2 tsp Olive oil or coconut oil;
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Paprika
2 tbsp Nutritional yeast

1. Remove stalks of kale;
2. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius;
3. Wash and dry very well;
4. Lay kale on baking paper in oven trays; try not to make them touch each other; 
5. Brush some oil on the leaves;
6. Sprinkle salt, paprika & nutritional yeast (optional);
7. Cook in the oven at 175 for 10 minutes or until nice & crispy. Careful not to burn them.
