Clean Eating Snickers Slice

This Clean Eating Snickers Bar Slice is so amazing you will not think it is healthy at all! It is the perfect way to satisfy those cravings for something yummy and sweet.

CRUST:

  • 1/3 cup almonds
  • 1/2 scoop of cookies & cream whey protein powder (or can use chocolate or vanilla) We love Skinny Protein 
  • 2 tsp pure cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 8 dates
  • Optional: add 1 to 2 tsp of coconut oil if you need to make it sticker

Put all of the above ingredients into a food processor and blend. Push into a square dish lined with cling wrap or grease proof paper. Put into freezer while you make the filling.

FILLING:

  • 1/3 Cup of peanut butter (natural)
  • 1 Scoop of cookies and cream whey protein powder (or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup roughtly chopped cashews (or peanuts)
  • 1/4 cup of water
  • If you need sweetener add a small amount of coconut syrup but you probably won't need it.

Mix together in a bowl and spread over crust. Put back into freezer while you make the topping.

TOPPING

  • 4 rows of greens organice 85% dark chocolate melted. Melt chocolate and pour over filling. Refridgerate or place in the freezer until set.
