Low-Carb Almond Flour Bread

A classic recipe for low-carb almond bread. Throw it all together and voila! A low-carb almond flour bread that slices like the real thing - just low-carb. Ingredients

·        200 g almond meal/flour

·        2 tsp baking powder

·        1 tsp salt or to taste

·        20 g psyllium husk

·        4 eggs

·        50 g coconut oil melted

·        125 ml warm water

Instructions

1.    Place all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

2.    Add the eggs, coconut oil and warm water. Mix until combined well. Do not over mix.

3.    Pour into a lined loaf tin or a silicon loaf tin. Bake at 180C/350F for 20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and cooked thoroughly inside.
